C. Contractors. The change order is for the addition <strong>of</strong> a concessionstand and bathrooms to accommodate the added patronage <strong>of</strong> the ball park. Funds areavailable in the project budget from the USM Athletic Foundation in the amount <strong>of</strong>$3,527,851.The <strong>Board</strong> staff approved Change Order #2 for Infrastructure Improvements - USMCedar Point Campus, IHL 210-235, in the amount <strong>of</strong> $95,907.32 with an additionalfourteen (14) days added to the contract <strong>of</strong> Allred-McNabb Architects. The change orderis for modifications to the sea water in-take system to improve maintenance and usability,to provide electrical infrastructure to the multi-building facility, to provide additional tapsfor any future buildings, to route gas piping for primary gas service to the campus and toclear a 15’ wide path for gas meter and gas lines. Funds are available in the projectbudget in the amount <strong>of</strong> $1,261,813 from university sources.11/13/2007
