The obligations of the Federal LandBanks are included beginning with 1947, the debt of the Federal Home Loan Banks is included beginning with 1951, andthe debts of the Federal National Mortgage Association, Federal Intermediate Credit Banks, and Banks for Cooperativesare included beginning with 1968.< Farm mortgages andf arm production loans.
