PASOS PARA CONSTRUIR EL DIAGRAMA<br />
• Paso 3 - I<strong>de</strong>ntificar todas <strong>la</strong>s causas que<br />
puedan provocar el efecto en estudio.<br />
Paso 4 - Hacer una Tormenta <strong>de</strong> I<strong>de</strong>as entre <strong>la</strong>s<br />
personas que conozcan el proceso en el que se<br />
produjo el problema.<br />
Paso 5 - I<strong>de</strong>ntificar <strong>la</strong>s Causas Primarias<br />
(principales) entre <strong>la</strong>s causas enumeradas.<br />
Paso 6 - Para cada Causa Primaria dibujar una<br />
flecha oblicua que apunte a <strong>la</strong> flecha <strong>la</strong>rga,<br />
(principal). En el extremo <strong>de</strong> cada flecha oblicua<br />
anotar el nombre <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> causa.
