Sümbioos<br />

Sausti planeering jätkab ja täiendab projekti eelmises<br />

etapis välja pakutud ideid moodsa eluviisi<br />

ja põllumajanduse integreerimisest. Õunaistanduse<br />

ja elamurajooni kombineerimisel tekib uus<br />

ruumiline ja majanduslik kvaliteet, mis soodustab<br />

nii elamist kui ka õunakasvatust.<br />

Sausti uus hoonestus kombineerib omavahel<br />

erineva tüpoloogiaga hooneid, mistõttu on need<br />

mõeldud erineva vanuse ja koosseisuga peredele.<br />

Valdavalt ühekorruseline planeering sobib ka vanematele<br />

inimestele. Erinevate leibkondade kombineerimine<br />

soodustab vastastikust abistamist,<br />

näiteks võivad vanemad inimesed tööpäevadel<br />

lapsi valvata ja lapsevanemad autoga poes käies<br />

eakamate jalavaeva vähendada.<br />

Symbiosis<br />

Sausti planning continues and improves the ideas<br />

of the previous stage of the project about integrating<br />

agriculture and modern lifestyle. The combination<br />

of the apple orchard with a living quarter<br />

creates a new spatial and economic quality contributing<br />

both to the living and orchard enterprise.<br />

The new built area combines buildings with various<br />

typology fitting for families of different age<br />

and membership. Mostly one-storeyed buildings<br />

are also suitable for older people. This variety of<br />

residents contributes to bilateral support. For example,<br />

older people can watch over children while<br />

their parents are at work and the latter can do<br />

shopping in the city for the elderly in return.<br />
