Talu keset küla
Talu asupaigaks saab küla keskus. Planeeringu
kohaselt ette nähtud eri toodangule spetsialiseerunud
talud on siin koondunud üheks talukompleksiks.
Talukompleks paikneb küla läbiva
peamise maantee ääres. Nii tekib visuaalne ja
ruumiline ühendus külaväljaku ja taluplatsi vahel.
Külaväljaku ja taluplatsi koostööl moodustub
küla keskele aktiivne keskus, mis ühendab
elamist, tootmist, äri ja meelelahutust. Nii nagu
külaväljak, on ka taluplats avaliku iseloomuga:
siin paiknevad uudissortidega näidispeenrad ja
iluaed. Taluväljak pakub külaelanikele ja külastajatele
võimaluse tutvuda külas kasvatatavate
sortidega. Talu toodangut müüakse külaväljakul
paikneval turul ning väljaku ääres asuvas kaupluses.
Talu toodangust valmistatud toitu pakub
väljaku ääres paiknev külakõrts.
Farm in the centre of the village
The site of the farm is in the centre of the village.
Here the different farms professionalised in
different fields of agriculture will be joined into
one farm complex. The farm is located beside the
main road running through the village. A spatial
and visual connection between the village
square and the farm yard is formed. The village
square and the farm yard create an active centre
to the heart of the village. The farm yard shares
the public function of the village square. Here agricultural
beds are exhibited with the variety of
new plants. The garden is open for the villagers.
The production of the farm is sold on the market
and in the shop at the village square. Local pub
at the village square offers food and drink made
from the local production.
Taluhooned
Talukompleks ühendab endas nii elu- kui ka tootmis-
ja masinaruume. Hooajatööliste eluruumid
paiknevad tootmis- ja masinaruumide kohal
samas hoones. Hooajatöölised ja praktikandid,
kes saabuvad külla erinevatest ülikoolidest ning
rahvusvahelistest vabatahtlikeprogrammidest,
saavad elada ja töötada ühes hoones, olles nii tihedalt
seotud talu igapäevatoimingutega.
Talus alaliselt töötavad pered elavad ridaelamus,
kus igal perel on eraldi korter. Kodu keskuseks ja
südameks on köök, kus pere ühiselt aega veedab.
Korteri keskne ruum pikeneb kasvuhoone ja sauna
eesruumi kaudu läbi maja, pakkudes vaateid
nii taluplatsile kui ka privaatsele tagahoovile.
Korterite vahel teisel korrusel paiknevad väiksemad
magamistoad, mida on võimalik korterite
vahel jaotada vastavalt perede suurusele.
Hooajatöölistel, kes otsustavad külasse elama jääda
ning siin pere luua, on võimalik kolida suuremasse
korterisse vastasmajas. Perel, kes seob oma
tuleviku talukompleksi juhtimisega, on võimalik
elamine sisse seada omaette majas.
Farm Buildings
The farm complex combines the functions of living
and production. The rooms for seasonal workers and
interns are situated above the production spaces.
Seasonal workers and interns who arrive in the village
from different universities and through international
volunteer programs can work and live in the
same building and they are thus tightly connected
with the daily active farm life.
The families permanently working in the farm live
in the apartment building. The heart of every home is
a kitchen where the family spend most of their time.
The kitchen is prolonged through the greenhouse and
the restroom allowing views of the farmyard in front
of and private gardens behind the building. Between
the second floor apartments there are smaller bedrooms
that may be divided between the families according
to the size of the family.
Seasonal workers who decide to stay in the village
and raise a family here can move into larger apartments
in the opposite building. The family who wish
to connect their future with the management of the
farm can move into a private house.
