Kortermajade asukoht
Kortermajad asuvad maa-alal, kuhu esialgu olid
planeeritud nn. kaupmeestemajad. Asukoha suur
pluss on avanemine üheaegselt nii jõele kui ka
lõunapäikese poole. Majade paigutust võib osaliselt
võtta kui eksperimenti. Lähtudes põhimõttest
elada jõele võimalikult lähedal, võikski maja
olla jõekaldaks. Jõeäärsete majadevaheliste hoovide
tekkimiseks on mõni hoone siiski kaldast
tagasiastega.
Autodega jõe äärde ei sõideta, seega asub parkla
veidi eemal tänava ääres. Sellise elukoha puhul
peab väärtustama muid transpordiliike, mistõttu
on esimesel korrusel rattaparkla ning 0-korrusele
võib paigutada paadikuuri.

Location of the Apartments
The apartment buildings are located in the area
where the so-called merchant houses were first
planned. Openness to the river and to the southern
sun forms the main merits of the location. The
placement of the houses is partly an experiment.
Based on the principle of living as close to the river
as possible, the house could work as a riverbank.
Some of the houses step back from the river in order
to create yards between the riverside houses.
The parking lot is situated in the street slightly
away from the houses. Living in such a place, more
appropriate means of transportation must be preferred.
There is a bicycle parking on the ground
floor and a possibility for a boathouse on the level
of the river.
