LEADING HIGH-STAKES ADVENTURES • 35 mixed signals that you’ll find on any project, and you’ve got the makings for a high-grossing superhero adventure film with several sequels! High-performance teamwork—in and within crossfunctional, core, extended, teams (e.g.: all stakeholder groups)—is only possible with effective communication. Effective communication is only possible in a team environment with high levels of mutual trust and respect.
