Who, Does What, When?

arlier I described the Action List as the primary outcome
created using the Work Breakdown Structure
(WBS) tool. In its simplest form, we've created the ubiquitous
"to-do" list. I can't imagine anyone on the planet not being
familiar with the concept, but that doesn’t detract from its value!
You probably already summon this tool whenever you
don't want to forget actions, activities, or work. "Better to
have a short list than a long memory!" The to-do list is undoubtedly
the world's single most important project, productivity,
and keep-you-out-of-trouble with your boss, your
honey, or yourself, tool. It comes in many sizes and shapes: on
paper, whiteboards, sticky notes, refrigerator doors, smartphone
