The project management process improves stakeholder
collaboration, project management effectiveness, and your
odds of success. To reap maximum benefit, the process must

leader’s office. For best results, the process must live in the
thoughts and actions of the entire project team, from the top
executive to the most remote team member. Ideally, the project
