After I had finished the first draft of this book, I
wondered why a writer needs an editor. Now I
know. The job of a writer is to give the reader a new
perspective - a new window - from which to look at
the world. The job of the editor is to clean the
window for the reader.
For this book I couldn’t have imagined a beter
editor than Catherine Trafis. She is not only a very
talented editor, but also very enjoyable to work with.
Her work made this book magical.
Whatever mountain you have chosen to climb,
humans have left fixed ropes along their route to
make your ascent easier. Learn the ropes and route
from them. That’s what I did.
Especialy, I have to thank Marc Alen. His
responses to my questions on Facebook made my
ascent much easier.
