walk a day into <strong>your</strong> daily routine. Over time you<br />

gradualy increase the volume or intensity of the<br />

movements.<br />

The second <strong>is</strong> a transformation of <strong>your</strong> body. But to<br />

lose 100 pounds of fat or gain 40 pounds of muscle<br />

doesn’t mean you’ve transformed <strong>your</strong> body. It<br />

means you have changed the form of it.<br />

"Transformation" <strong>is</strong> when you’re no longer<br />

identified with <strong>your</strong> body, but have transcended it.<br />

Th<strong>is</strong> doesn’t mean you move out of <strong>your</strong> body, but<br />

deeper into it. You bring more atention to it.<br />

Then you wil start eating more real food, and do<br />

physical movements that are aligned with <strong>your</strong><br />

individual nature.<br />

For permanent body change, which of these ways<br />

you choose won’t mater. For permanent change of<br />

the world for the beter, undertake the later<br />

approach: Transformation.<br />

Can working out in the gym be a spiritual practice?<br />

Yes. Once you start to go to the gym not to enhance<br />

the story that <strong>your</strong> body tels the world,<br />
