How can I be fre? I don’t know who I am. I have no
purpose. Don’t you se!?
No mater how often or how deeply you look into
the miror and ask, "Who am I?" or "What is my
purpose?" you wil never get a true answer. It’s not
that the questions are wrong, it’s the expectation
that is. You expect thoughts to arise in your mind
that give you the answers. But thoughts are never
enough to describe who you are or your purpose.
First, ask the question, "Who am I?" But this time
don’t answer it with your mind. Let stilness answer
it. You wil find no answer, and that is the answer.
Who you are is not your past story or your body,
even though that’s what you may stil believe.
Who you are is a state of Being that requires no
answer or definition by thought. Just by being
present, you are who you are and that is when
you’ve fulfiled your ultimate purpose.
Because the answer to "Who am I?" is also the
answer to "What is my purpose?"
