After I returned to my apartment, I took out a pen
and a litle notebook and started to write down
what became the basis for this book.
Reading that again ignited a spark inside me that
this would be my Life’s Task - to show every human
being on earth that, no mater how old you are,
what body you have, or what your life situation is,
there is a way to live without unhappiness,
sufering, stress and fear. That’s what I cal
"awakened life". And the best thing about the
awakened life is that it’s available to you now -
right at this moment.
Over the next few months, I observed myself and
the world through the eyes of a person who lives
free from the voice in the head. Then I imagined a
person in a certain life situation coming to me and
asking me simple questions. Al I did was writing
down the answers.
For most of you, the journey to creating peace and
freedom inside is going to happen while a busy
outside life is chalenging you. That’s why we wil
start in part 1 with examining "your peace" and in
part 2 slowly move outward to look at "world peace"
in the larger sense.
