9.0226 PHARMACISTS' PERMITS<br />
A. A permit for the sale of intoxicating liquor pursuant to section 125.57 of the<br />
Wisconsin Statutes may be granted to a registered pharmacist upon action<br />
by the Common Council. A separate application for each premises shall be<br />
made to the City Clerk upon forms provided by him.<br />
B. Repealed (See MMC Sec. 9.1302 Schedule A)<br />
C. Each permit shall be numbered in the order in which issued <strong>and</strong> shall<br />
specifically state the premises for which issued, the fee paid, <strong>and</strong> the name<br />
of the licensee.<br />

9.0227 PROVISIONAL OPERATOR'S LICENSE<br />
A. Pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 125.17(5), as amended, the City<br />
Clerk, or his designee, is authorized to issue a Provisional Operator’s<br />
License.<br />
B. A Provisional Operator's License may be issued only to a person who has<br />
applied for an Operator's License. A Provisional Operator's License may<br />
not be issued to any person who has been denied an Operator's License or<br />
whose Operator's License or Manager's License has been revoked or<br />
suspended in the preceding twelve (12) months.<br />
C. A Provisional Operator's License shall expire sixty (60) days after its<br />
issuance or when an Operator's License is issued to the holder, whichever<br />
is sooner.<br />
D. The City Clerk, or his designee, may revoke a Provisional Operator's<br />
License if he discovers that the holder of the Provisional Operator's<br />
License made a false statement on the application.<br />
E. A Provisional Operator's License may be issued to a person who is<br />
enrolled in a training course required by Wisconsin Statutes Section<br />
125.17(6)(a), as amended. The Provisional Operator's License shall be<br />
revoked if the applicant fails to successfully complete the course in which<br />
he or she enrolls.<br />
F. A Provisional Operator's License may not be renewed.<br />
9.0228 TEMPORARY OPERATOR'S LICENSE<br />
Pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 125.17(4), as amended, the Common<br />
Council may issue a Temporary Operator's License, the fee for which shall be<br />
established by Marinette Municipal Code Section 9.0203.<br />
