9.0800 PERMITS 9.0801 PERMIT CONDITIONS The following conditions shall apply to the issuance or renewal of any permit found within the Municipal Code. A. No permit shall be approved by any City Official, committee or other overseeing body of the City, if it appears that the conduct of the activity for which a permit is sought will be contrary to the health, safety, or welfare of the public or any <strong>regulation</strong>, law, or ordinance applicable to such activity.
