He is widely published on topics related to race and crime and concerning transnational policing. Recent publications include (2012) Global Policing (with James Sheptycki), London Sage, and Policing the Caribbean, Oxford University Press Biographical details Political Scientist, worked as specialist in various parliaments, as assistant of the Minister of the Interior in the state of Baden-Württemberg, and as a lecturer for management and leadership in the German University of Police (DHPol).
