Biographical details: Katja Eman, PhD, is Assistant Professor of Criminology at the Faculty of Criminal Justice and Security, University of Maribor. She coedited a monograph ‘Environmental crime and environmental protection — multidisciplinary perspectives’ (2012). Her research interests span green criminology, environmental crime, organised crime, crime prevention, crime mapping, and legitimacy. 162
