Berkebolehan untuk menerangkan prinsip operasian, pembinaan dan penggunaan berbagai jenis<br />

mesin elektrik seperti pengubah, motor AT dan AU, penjana AU dan AT.<br />

The ability to explain the operational principles, construction and use of various types of electric<br />

machines such as transformers, AC and DC motors, AC and DC generators.<br />

Berkebolehan untuk mengenalpasti dan membezakan berbagai jenis mesin elektrik.<br />

The ability to identify and distinguish various types of electric machines.<br />

Berkebolehan untuk menganalisa pengaturan voltan, pengaturan kelajuan dan kecekapan bagi<br />

setiap mesin.<br />

The ability to analyze voltage regulation, speed regulation and the efficiency of each machine.<br />

Control Engineering<br />

Matlamat kursus ini ialah memberikan pengetahuan dan kefahaman asas<br />

dalam bidang sistem kawalan. Ia merupakan kursus yang memberi penekanan<br />

terhadap kaedah analisis sistem kawalan yang meliputi topik teknik kawalan,<br />

pengkelasan teknik kawalan, sistem suap balik, sistem gelung terbuka,<br />

permodelan fizikal sistem dinamik, model fungsi pindah, graf aliran isyarat,<br />

sambutan fana sistem, kestabilan, tatasusun Routh, indek prestasi, teknik punca<br />

londar, kaedah sambutan frekuensi, plot Bode, kriteria Nyquist.<br />

The objective of this course is to equip students with the knowledge and<br />

basic understanding of control system. Students will learn about analysis<br />

methods in control system such as classification of control techniques,<br />

feedback system, open loop system, physical modeling of dynamic system,<br />

transfer function model, signal flow graph, transient response, stability, Routh<br />

array, performance index, root locus technique, frequency response methods,<br />

Bode plot and Nyquist criterion
