are simple, and an emphasis in<br />
placed on the quality of movements<br />
and transitions between<br />

This class aims to bring together<br />
children, their parents<br />
and grandparents to share and<br />
explore dance and physical<br />
expression as a family. It is a<br />
meeting between the child and<br />
the parent and also other family<br />
groups. The course enables<br />
children and their parents to<br />
discover new ways of relating to<br />
each other through the pleasure<br />
of dance and movement. The<br />
objectives are to promote body<br />
consciousness in a playful and<br />
dynamic way and to develop<br />
health and wellbeing through<br />
movement and sharing experiences<br />
