Iryna DREIFUSS
This is the group for the children of
level 5-7, depending on their knowledge
of Russian. It’s for Russian
speaking and also for bilingual and
trilingual children.
In our lessons we learn Russian
grammar rules, rules of construction
of phrases and texts with some interesting
examples and we read and
analyse some interesting texts.
For this course we use the book of
grammar and exercises for the 4 th
class of Russian school (the author
is Ramzaeva) and the book for reading
with different texts of classical
and modern Russian and foreign
writers (the author is Cubasova).

The focus of the course is to
make students familiar with the
basic rules of Russian language
through grammar and spelling
exercises, as well as language
games. Much attention is given
to the development of speech,
pronunciation and vocabulary.
The knowledge of students will
be tested on a continuous basis:
at the end of each study topic,
students will write a test/dictation.
It is therefore required to do the
homework regularly.
