TIMES & DAYS
The students will discover
climbing safety techniques in
order to be able to climb on
ropes with a partner. The wall
offers top rope climbing only,
therefore the student is always
secured from the top. We will
use many bouldering (no rope
and limited height) games to
start with: that means close to
the ground, with no ropes. That
helps developing the student’s
specific motor skills with a
limited impact of emotions on
the motor skills. Progressively,
the students will use ropes and
try to put into practise what they
have learned close to the ground
at a higher altitude. This activity
develops balance, coordination,
upper body strength, flexibility,
teamwork and focus above all.
