Serial Radio Modems<br />
The Zlinx Xtreme radio modems are ideal for outdoor applications requiring Serial-to-Serial (RS-232/422/485) connectivity or<br />
to connect Zlinx Xtreme Wireless I/Os to a Modbus RTU Master over a wireless network. Point-to-Multi Point configurations<br />
are possible. Typical applications include:<br />
• Connecting two or more serial devices together wirelessly<br />
• Connecting remote I/O devices such as temperature/pressure/level /flow sensors to a PLC/SCADA/RTU/Modbus Master.<br />

Wireless Analog and Digital IOs<br />
The Zlinx Xtreme I/O modules are ideal for outdoor applications that require monitoring and control of remote analog and digital<br />
devices. Two configurations are allowed:<br />
(1) Peer-to-Peer mode - Two identical I/O modules are used for Wire Replacement applications, with analog and digital inputs at<br />
one end mapped to the corresponding outputs at the other end.<br />
(2) Modbus I/O mode - Modbus RTU master (PLC/SCADA/HMI) controls and monitors remote Zlinx Xtreme I/O modules<br />
through serial radio modem.<br />
