The MDS iNET-II is an industrial wireless networking solution that provides long
range, unlicensed 900 MHz communications up to 20 miles. The MDS iNET-II
interfaces to Ethernet and serial controllers such as PLCs, RTUs and SCADA systems,
and is a high speed, long-range, secure solution for mobile and fixed networks. Speeds
up to 1 Mbps make it suitable for voice and video communications. Each unit is
configurable as an Access Point or Remote Dual Gateway.
