Details<br />
Volunteering in the gardens can help increase your horticultural knowledge, improve<br />
mental and physical wellbeing, is a great way to make new friends and get to know the<br />
local community. Besides for general volunteering they run a number of sessions<br />
including;<br />
Horticultural therapy session- welcomes anyone who has had long term depression,<br />
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Schizophrenia and wishes to work in a small, one<br />
to one, quieter group.<br />
Complex needs session- On Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays sessions are specifically<br />
for individuals and groups with complex learning disabilities focussing on skills for<br />
independence.<br />

To volunteer please visit the gardens on Thursday any time between 1pm and 3pm<br />
