The Manchester Settlement offer various adult education classes including<br />
- I.T (non-structured course)<br />

- Self Help – Emotional Resilience<br />
They also offer community activities such as exercise classes, dance classes, a social<br />
activity group etc.<br />
They run regular Welfare Benefit Advice sessions every Tuesday and Thursday 1pm –<br />
