Details The LAB Project is a 2 week course aimed at all unemployed people aged 19+<br />
regardless of any issues. The course aims to boost confidence, self-esteem and build<br />
motivation so that you can better communicate your skills to future employers or even<br />
just in general. The participants are set tasks and challenges throughout the two<br />
weeks, you will be working in teams supporting one another – it’s very much an 'up<br />
and doing' course, so less sitting, writing and listening to a teacher (like school) and<br />
more interactive!<br />
At the end of the 2 weeks you get a Level 1 National award in Progression. All travel<br />
expenses are paid for, and you can get a reference for future employer if needed. In<br />
addition to that you can earn up to £100 once the project is complete.<br />
