If you are unemployed and aged 19 or over, The Manchester College can help you get<br />

back on your feet with a FREE training programme that could lead to a brand new<br />

career.<br />

The programme includes:<br />

- Induction to college<br />

- Developing skills for gaining employment<br />

- Preparing for a recruitment interview<br />

- Teamwork skills<br />

The course covers the following:<br />

- Identifying possible employment outcomes<br />

- Completing a job/training application form<br />

- Creating a basic Curriculum Vitae (CV)<br />

- Interviews; preparation, appropriate conduct, communication and reflection<br />
