Happy New Year! I hope you had a wonderful<br />
festive break. After a much needed rest, we are<br />
back, refreshed, and perhaps like many of you,<br />
have eaten way too many mince pies!<br />

I’d also like to take the time to announce my own<br />
engagement to my new fiancé Sam Hunt, he has<br />
made me a very happy lady indeed!<br />
I am now on my normal “Post-Christmas Health<br />
Kick,” however, this year I am doing it slightly<br />
differently. A few months back I discovered LRG<br />
Fitness, instead of going to the gym, I have been<br />
working out with LRG’s weekly online videos at<br />
home. See pages 42 and 43 to see how you and<br />
your family can get involved.<br />
This month we feature the lovely Olly Murs who<br />
has just been announced to play this year’s<br />
Newmarket Races, read all about it from pages<br />
37 to 40.<br />
