Carve The perfect day
With both Mother’s Day and Easter just
around the corner, why not celebrate
with a carvery at Newmarket’s
Heath Court Hotel.
Food
They’re famed for their carvery all year round, but for the coming
celebrations, Heath Court Hotel have crafted a 3-course set
menu to ensure your celebrations are filled with delicious dining.
“All of our produce is sourced locally where possible to ensure
our food is the very best. Myself and the team have produced
two different 3-course menus for both Mother’s Day and Easter
this year to ensure there’s a good selection of dishes for our
guests to choose from. On both days, we will be slow roasting
Aberdeen Angus beef and English leg of lamb as there’s nothing
better for Sunday lunch. Our pastry chef has made the most
stunning lemon and mascarpone cheesecake with almond
brittle!” says Head Chef, Raymond Revell.
