BRAND AND WHY?<br />
A: My favourite make up brand is<br />
bareMinerals. It’s fantastic as it’s based on<br />
only natural ingredients found in the earth.<br />
When working in a spa it can be quite warm<br />
at times, and I find the bareMinerals make<br />
up lets my skin breathe as it is very calming<br />
and non-irritating on the skin which ensures<br />
I don’t get breakouts. I also find it lasts all<br />
day and coverage can be built up to suit<br />
your needs. It has a wide range of colours<br />
and I particularly like their lip gloss. My<br />
favourite lip gloss colour at the moment is<br />
most definitely Party Starter.<br />
Q: WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE SKIN CARE<br />
BRAND AND WHY?<br />
A: Pevonia, I have worked with the brand in<br />
a previous Spa and was very excited to be<br />
working with it again at SK. I love Pevonia’s<br />
products to work with and for my own skin.<br />
All of pevonias natural products are<br />
designed to meet the needs of specific skin<br />
types and conditions.<br />
Q: WHAT WOULD BE YOUR BEST SKINCARE<br />
ADVICE?<br />
A: My number one skincare advice for<br />
everyone would be to wear a Sun Protection<br />
Factor (SPF). By simply applying an SPF,<br />
you are protecting your skin from harmful<br />
rays from our depleting ozone layer, skin<br />
cancer, brown age spots and preventing the<br />
development of wrinkled, premature<br />
ageing skin.<br />
There are two types of SPF - one chemical<br />
and the other mechanical. Pevonia opts for<br />
the mechanical product as it is far more<br />
effective in its ability to protect the skin<br />
and does not cause sensitivity as a chemical<br />
SPF could.<br />
