Awards <strong>2017</strong><br />
The breathtaking barn wedding venue,<br />
Bassmead Manor Barns, has recently<br />
been awarded with the prestigious title<br />
of Countryside Wedding Venue at The<br />
Wedding Industry Awards <strong>2017</strong>. Through<br />
a combination of feedback and judges’<br />
opinion, they triumphed over seven other<br />
regional winners to be crowned best in the<br />
country.<br />
This national award is a fantastic<br />
achievement and is a clear demonstration of<br />
the hard work and dedication that goes into<br />
creating the perfect wedding for couples at<br />
this stunning venue in Cambridgeshire.<br />
It’s clear to see why Bassmead Manor Barns<br />
is so beloved, with its unique and enchanting<br />
Rickety Barn, contemporary Bridge Barn<br />
for receptions and idyllic gardens and<br />
surroundings creating a truly unique setting.<br />
The Galloping Gourmet wedding team also<br />
received plenty of plaudits, with their brides<br />
and grooms scoring them incredibly well for<br />
all their efforts in making their wedding days<br />
as special as possible.<br />
Cordelia Squire, who owns this awardwinning<br />
venue with husband Richard, was<br />
delighted with the news. “We are honoured<br />
and delighted to be the TWIA National<br />
Wedding Venue of <strong>2017</strong> (countryside).<br />
It means a huge amount to both Richard<br />
and I as venue owners and the whole team<br />
here. We are passionate about delivering a<br />
beautiful venue, wonderful service and the<br />

Country House Wedding Venues has been<br />
working with Bassmead Manor Barns for a<br />
number of years, handling the marketing<br />
aspects of their operation and helping the<br />
venue grow from strength to strength.<br />
