Honest Burgers<br />

Honest Burgers, who already have 18 restaurants in London,<br />

have now opened on Cambridge’s Corn Exchange Street. Their<br />

ethos is based entirely upon delivering simple burgers using<br />

great British produce – hence the honesty! Choose from dry<br />

aged beef, free range chicken or market vegetables before<br />

considering your additional fillings. All are served with their<br />

rosemary salted chips.<br />

Be sure to check out their brunch menu which is graced with<br />

an abundance of delicious delights. From their Honest Brunch<br />

to the classic Brunch Burger, they even have granola bowls and<br />

smashed avocado with eggs on sourdough! Oh… and they also<br />

do takeaway!<br />

Easter Lamb<br />

A popular choice for Easter Sunday lunch,<br />

but are you picking the best cut?<br />

Spring lamb is also often referred<br />

to as early, or summer lamb and is<br />

typically around 3-5 months old.<br />

The meat is very tender and is<br />

best eaten between February<br />

and June. The meat gains a<br />

slightly better taste later in the<br />

season due to it being able to<br />

graze longer. When looking for<br />

the best piece, opt for the slightly<br />

pink lamb. The older the meat, the<br />

darker it is, so be sure to avoid any<br />

brown bits. For roasting, the best parts<br />

are the leg or loin.<br />

evening with delicious dishes and live guitar music<br />
