Our
Honest Burgers
Honest Burgers, who already have 18 restaurants in London,
have now opened on Cambridge’s Corn Exchange Street. Their
ethos is based entirely upon delivering simple burgers using
great British produce – hence the honesty! Choose from dry
aged beef, free range chicken or market vegetables before
considering your additional fillings. All are served with their
rosemary salted chips.
Be sure to check out their brunch menu which is graced with
an abundance of delicious delights. From their Honest Brunch
to the classic Brunch Burger, they even have granola bowls and
smashed avocado with eggs on sourdough! Oh… and they also
do takeaway!
Easter Lamb
A popular choice for Easter Sunday lunch,
but are you picking the best cut?
Spring lamb is also often referred
to as early, or summer lamb and is
typically around 3-5 months old.
The meat is very tender and is
best eaten between February
and June. The meat gains a
slightly better taste later in the
season due to it being able to
graze longer. When looking for
the best piece, opt for the slightly
pink lamb. The older the meat, the
darker it is, so be sure to avoid any
brown bits. For roasting, the best parts
are the leg or loin.

evening with delicious dishes and live guitar music
throughout the evening from Rico Southee.
