Weststar Aviation Services is the country’s largest operator for civil<br />

helicopters. The company’s general aviation division, which operates<br />

both fixed-wing and rotary for charter, advised that the charter business<br />

in 2016 has been challenging, however they remain active by having the<br />

ability to be price competitive.<br />
