We said we would:<br />

patients with <strong>Trust</strong> attributable MSSA bacteraemia.<br />
When: March <strong>2017</strong><br />
Outcome: Between April <strong>2016</strong> and March <strong>2017</strong> there were 15 patients with trust-attributable<br />
MSSA bacteraemia, which represents a reduction of 38% on the previous year:<br />

Post Infection review meeting within 48 hours for every case of NGH<br />

Discussion of all incidents at the monthly Infection Prevention Operational<br />
Group.<br />
Lessons learnt and MSSA patient cases shared across the <strong>Trust</strong> through<br />
Infection Prevention Team patient safety alerts and ward huddle sheets.<br />
ANTT( Aseptic Non-Touch Technique) refresher training for any ward that<br />
has a line-related MSSA bacteraemia<br />
