The Broadway Medical Building was built in I973 on
leased hospital property for Dr. John L. Bailey. The
two-story Stone City Stone structure with facilities for
three physicians was constructed by Secrist Constrtion
Company of Anamosa. Later the ground level
story was developed into dental offices.
In April of I987 Dr. Bailey sold the building to St.
Lukes Health Enterprises.
The physcians presently occupying th building are
Dr. John Bailey, Dr. Geoffrey Miller and Dr. Charles
Vernon. Dr. Brad Waggoner is the dentist using the
ground floor dental offices.
