marketing, sales, public relations, leadership<br />

She is focusing on the premium<br />
hotel segment in Austria, the CEE as<br />
well as South-East Europe and Russia.<br />
In Brigitte’s corporate life she was a<br />
successful Sales & Marketing Direc<strong>to</strong>r<br />
for Hil<strong>to</strong>n International, Corinthia Hotels,<br />
ANA Hotels and Kempinski Hotels.<br />

Tanja Millner is a true global citizen.<br />
Tanja has a management background<br />
in sales & marketing, working for Hil<strong>to</strong>n<br />
International in Great Britain, Germany,<br />
and Austria. She developed her career<br />
further when setting up the Event Sales<br />
department for a luxury Hotel in Bangkok.<br />
More recently Tanja founded an<br />
international event management company<br />
in the People’s Republic of China<br />
and was working in Hong Kong. Upon<br />
her return <strong>to</strong> Austria in 2015, she joined<br />
the consultancy team of Reburg & Partners<br />
in Vienna.<br />
Tanja Millner is a qualified group trainer<br />
enthusiastically sharing her know-how<br />
and experience in workshops and training.<br />
Her basic principle is: “Tell me and<br />

Martin Gahn is a man of practice with<br />
deep experience working in the hospitality<br />
industry. Martin’s main goal was<br />
<strong>to</strong> cover all types of hotels including leisure,<br />
city, conference, boutique and design.<br />
He focuses on applying the practical<br />
know-how which everybody can use<br />
immediately starting with optimizing<br />
internal processes, implementing new<br />
strategies and developing ideas on leveraging<br />
business for hotels.<br />
Among several other positions Martin<br />
was Senior Revenue Manager with the<br />
Preferred Hotel Group and Direc<strong>to</strong>r of<br />
Electronic Distribution with Ringhotels,<br />
a German based group of 150 individually<br />
owned and managed properties.<br />
