She has long-standing experience
implementing successful projects
in the fields of business development,
marketing, sales, public relations, leadership
management, and revenue strategies.
She is focusing on the premium
hotel segment in Austria, the CEE as
well as South-East Europe and Russia.
In Brigitte’s corporate life she was a
successful Sales & Marketing Director
for Hilton International, Corinthia Hotels,
ANA Hotels and Kempinski Hotels.

TANJA MILLNER

Tanja Millner is a true global citizen.
Tanja has a management background
in sales & marketing, working for Hilton
International in Great Britain, Germany,
and Austria. She developed her career
further when setting up the Event Sales
department for a luxury Hotel in Bangkok.
More recently Tanja founded an
international event management company
in the People’s Republic of China
and was working in Hong Kong. Upon
her return to Austria in 2015, she joined
the consultancy team of Reburg & Partners
in Vienna.
Tanja Millner is a qualified group trainer
enthusiastically sharing her know-how
and experience in workshops and training.
Her basic principle is: “Tell me and
I forget. Show me and I remember. Involve

Martin Gahn is a man of practice with
deep experience working in the hospitality
industry. Martin’s main goal was
to cover all types of hotels including leisure,
city, conference, boutique and design.
He focuses on applying the practical
know-how which everybody can use
immediately starting with optimizing
internal processes, implementing new
strategies and developing ideas on leveraging
business for hotels.
Among several other positions Martin
was Senior Revenue Manager with the
Preferred Hotel Group and Director of
Electronic Distribution with Ringhotels,
a German based group of 150 individually
owned and managed properties.
