For the month of October, try the
Spicy Abura Gunkan which is white
tuna mixed with chilli oil, chilli
powder, mayonnaise and spring
onions served on top of sushi rice
wrapped in seaweed sheets. A chefrecommended
dish, we assure you
that it isn't that spicy! Another
October dish is the Kaki Fried Set
which is 5 deep fried and breaded
Australian oysters that comes with
a bowl of miso soup, steamed soft
tofu and fruits of the day.

In November, chicken lovers can rejoice
with the Chicken Teriyaki Roll that comes
wrapped with cucumber, salad leaves and
a dollop of wasabi and pickled ginger. The
roll is drizzled with a sweet and tangy
teriyaki sauce that will have your palate
sizzling with taste. The other dish of the
month is the Dory Fish Claypot Set that
comes with vegetables in a soy sauce based
broth. The dish is served with tempura rolls
and fruits of the day.

Rice Paper Sashimi
Fried Udon Noodle Set
In December, the dishes to try are
the Rice Paper Sashimi and the
Fried Udon Noodle Set. The
sashimi consist of slices of salmon,
red tuna, cucumber and avocado.
It is then wrapped in rice paper.
The noodle set is cooked with
spicy mayonnaise that comes with
bell peppers, pieces of chicken
and cabbage. The dish comes with
a bowl of miso soup and fruits of
the day.
