Sydney, Australia
The Sydney Opera House is an
iconic feature during the day and at
night. The Opera House is a World
Heritage-listed masterpiece, the
country’s number one tourist destination
and its busiest performing arts centre,
welcoming more than 8.2 million visitors
a year on site and hosting more than
2,000 performances attended by more
than 1.5 million people. Just make sure
you don't have random people photobombing
quite possibly the most
important picture of your life.
Northern Ireland,
United Kingdom
Are both of you ardent fans of the hit
TV series, Game of Thrones? If that was
a resounding yes, why not get your
pictures taken at places that filmed the
series? Northern Ireland is home to
several Game of Thrones filming
locations and one such nature's stunner
is the Dark Hedges, a haunting avenue
of serpentine beech trees near Armoy,
County Antrim. In the series, it became
Kingsroad, where Arya Stark disguised
herself as a boy to avoid capture.
Another location is the Glenariff which
is a plunging valley surrounded by
stunning waterfalls, walking trails and
houses the Glenariff Forest Park. In the
series, it served as the practice ground
at Runestone in the Vale of Arryn, where
Littlefinger and Sansa Stark watched
Robin Arryn’s attempt at duelling.
Uttar Pradesh, India
Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan built
the mausoleum as an act of love for his
favourite wife, Mumtaz and this
recognition is a formidable creation that
has astounded and awed many people
around the world because if you have
not heard of the magnificent Taj Mahal,
we suggest you should leave the house
more often. Kidding! A UNESCO World
Heritage site, this 'wonder of the world'
was described as "the tear drop on the
cheek of time" by Nobel laureate
Rabindranath Tagore.
