tutor is excellent. He has taught us the correct way<br />
to do things such as chopping vegetables, which is<br />
much easier, quicker and safer than before. I have<br />
learnt skills to help me be organised and get all<br />
the prep work done in the kitchen. I would like to<br />

“‘I really like working in the kitchen. It is hard work<br />
and is always busy, but I am learning lots. My tutor<br />
is excellent. He helps us all and teaches us about<br />
working in the catering industry. It is really good<br />
to be working in a kitchen preparing food for real<br />
customers. I am looking forward to the next units<br />
to learn about other jobs available for me.’<br />
