GOOD NEWS<br />
• Christmas is coming and we need to be<br />
preparing (but not quite so soon as the shops<br />
& media). Rehearsals are underway for our<br />
‘Pantivity’. The Christmas Fayre is on Saturday<br />
2nd December 10.30am – 2pm.<br />
• Our ‘Praying for our Community’ initiative<br />
continues. To date we have delivered cards<br />
and prayed for over 1000 homes on 40 roads.<br />
And reported a water leak and a gas leak whilst<br />
walking!!<br />
COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES<br />
We offer Bridge on Monday, Toddlers & Bowls on<br />
Tuesday, Luncheon Club on Wednesday,<br />
and Coffee Morning on Thursday.<br />
On the 3rd Saturday in the month, it’s the IAN<br />
NEWMAN COMMUNITY FILM CLUB night.<br />
Complimentary refreshments from 6.45pm.<br />
Film starts 7.30pm. Admission fee £3.<br />
Our renowned LUNCHTIME CONCERTS take<br />
place on the second Tuesday of the month.<br />
Concerts begin at 1pm, last about an hour and<br />
admission price is £4. Lunches are on sale from<br />
12.15pm. On 14th <strong>Nov</strong>ember we have ‘The A4<br />
Brass Quartet’.<br />
We provide for young people through our<br />
uniformed organisations – Boys Brigade & Girls<br />
Association / Rainbows, Brownies, Guides /<br />
Beavers, Cubs and Scouts and God Squad ion<br />
