THE SOUTH STINGER<br />

2 ounces cachaça<br />

3/4 ounce lemon juice<br />

¼ ounce simple syrup<br />

2 dashes orange bitters<br />

1 egg white<br />

2 tablespoons low-sugar orange, citrus<br />

or grapefruit marmalade<br />

In a cocktail shaker or mixing glass<br />

filled with ice, add the cachaça, lemon<br />

juice, simple syrup, orange bitters,<br />

egg white and marmalade. Shake<br />

vigorously and finely strain into a<br />

coupe.<br />

1 ¼ ounces 100 percent agave Exotico<br />

Blanco tequila<br />

3 ounces mix (see recipe)<br />

2-3 rings of jalapeño<br />

Pinch of cilantro<br />

Muddle cilantro and jalapeño in a<br />

mixing glass. Add ice and remaining<br />

ingredients. Shake and pour into a glass.<br />

1 part lemon juice<br />

1 part lime juice<br />

3/4 parts water<br />

2 parts simple syrup<br />
