A sustainable building may consume less than 20% of the energy that a conventional building consumes. A conventional<br />
building would consume 120KWh/m 2 (final energy consumption). The estimation of the reduced energy consumption is<br />
37KWh/m 21 . Thus the Green Building will consume approximately 83.25 MWh annually (186 MWh energy savings). Given also<br />
the electricity emission factor, the CO 2 reduction will be 108 tn.<br />
