In addition, costs for building maintenance will emerge. These costs are estimated to be 3,000 JOD (3,930 €) at an annual basis.
General Objectives of the Project
1. Building a pioneering and realistic model that TBD
achieves the concept of rational energy
consumption and optimal use of RES in ASEZ.
2. Reduce the electricity consumption in the
buildings of the Authority by at least 20% of the
annual consumption rate through energy
conservation programs.
3. Benefit from the presence of parking spaces
and available space to build a solar power
system of 800 kW which will cover part of the
electricity needs of the main building.
4. Build technical capacity and promote the
concept of energy conservation and
environmental conservation in all sectors and
target groups of the project.
