In addition, costs for building maintenance will emerge. These costs are estimated to be 3,000 JOD (3,930 €) at an annual basis.<br />

General Objectives of the Project<br />

1. Building a pioneering and realistic model that TBD<br />

achieves the concept of rational energy<br />

consumption and optimal use of RES in ASEZ.<br />

2. Reduce the electricity consumption in the<br />

buildings of the Authority by at least 20% of the<br />

annual consumption rate through energy<br />

conservation programs.<br />

3. Benefit from the presence of parking spaces<br />

and available space to build a solar power<br />

system of 800 kW which will cover part of the<br />

electricity needs of the main building.<br />

4. Build technical capacity and promote the<br />

concept of energy conservation and<br />

environmental conservation in all sectors and<br />

target groups of the project.<br />
