Welcome to <strong>Nevada</strong> <strong>County</strong> where the beauty of the<br />
Sierra Foothills and opportunity have attracted settlers<br />
since the mid-1800’s. We’re fortunate to have wellpreserved<br />
historic towns surrounded by neighborhoods<br />
dotted with historic homes. The entire Johnson family<br />
chose to settle in western <strong>Nevada</strong> <strong>County</strong> in 1972, so our<br />
roots run deep. We love the community and the history<br />
of <strong>Nevada</strong> <strong>County</strong>.<br />
On the family ranch, that's been standing for over 100<br />
years, we have NID irrigation, a holding pond, a domestic<br />
well, PVC, galvanized, copper and PEX pipe. In reality,<br />
it’s a hands-on plumbing school! This experience is what<br />
makes our company the best when it comes to reallife<br />
situations and everyday plumbing needs in <strong>Nevada</strong><br />
<strong>County</strong>.<br />
As long-time residents, we are well trained and certified<br />
to handle a delicate job in a historic structure with fragile<br />
bones/pipes or the modern designs of new construction.<br />
Working with local real estate agents since 2004, we help<br />
their clients make decisions about buying new homes<br />
and take the worry out of plumbing challenges when<br />
considering the purchase of a home where renovation or<br />
restoration is necessary or desired.<br />
With advances in plumbing, it is possible to refurbish a<br />
home from the 1800’s with modern plumbing. In many<br />
cases, our goal is to preserve plumbing fixtures of the<br />
past. Who doesn’t love an “authentic” cast iron claw foot<br />
tub? However, if that’s not possible our local suppliers<br />
stock historical reproductions of fixtures and accessories<br />
that will make your home feel like an updated version<br />
of the original. Many examples of these homes exist<br />
throughout <strong>Nevada</strong> <strong>County</strong>.<br />
On many occasions our clients will seek our advice for<br />
needs other than plumbing; we use our deep relationships<br />
within the community to find the help they seek.<br />
