It is free for the students to enter as long as they purchase a ticket for the show. Students must submit a descriptive video detailing the steps they took to complete their fantasy hair look. All videos must be submitted by April 30, 2014 . Our celebrity stylist judge will pick the top 3 competitors from each school and choose 1 finalist to compete on stage at the show with the other finalists. The students will have 1 hour to complete their fantasy hair look on stage. Each student will be allowed to use 2 electrical outlets on the stage competition.
