a problem that doesn’t really exist.<br />
Edge Sense is good if you can find something<br />
you like to use it for. However, for many it will be<br />
something you try for a while then forget about.<br />
Verdict<br />
The U11+ will be too big and heavy for some but<br />
it’s a decent effort from HTC. It’s cheaper than rivals<br />
and has some top-notch specs including 128GB<br />
storage as standard. It also has decent cameras, IP68<br />
waterproofing and an 18:9 screen. It’s just a shame<br />
there’s no headphone jack, Edge Sense remains<br />
something of a gimmick, and we don’t get the alluring<br />
translucent model in the UK.<br />
It’s a worthy upgrade to the U11, however there are<br />
some cracking phones to choose from at lower price<br />
points including the OnePlus 5T and Google Pixel 2,<br />
which has a feature similar to Edge Sense. Chris Martin<br />
