Conclusions and recommendation<br />

Through the application of an innovative technical solution that increases the capacity of the local water<br />

supply reservoir with minimum intervention, as well as through the multi-stakeholder partnership approach<br />

where local authorities, the civil society and the private sector contribute to the successful implementation<br />

of the project, WfC seeks to engage local partners and citizens in the sustainable use of water and aspires to<br />

become a successful paradigm to be replicated elsewhere in the world, adapted to the specificities of<br />

different areas, geographically and culturally.<br />
