EVASWorldwide distributes the EVAS
(Emergency Vision Assurance System) for
cockpit smoke displacement. EVAS is the
only system available that has been FAA
tested and certified to ensure pilot vision
in the presence of dense continuous
smoke in the cockpit. Once the Inflatable
Vision Unit (IVU) is deployed, pilots can
clearly see the vital instruments and flight
path as well as read approach plates and
emergency procedures even when dense
smoke in the cockpit cannot be stopped.
EVAS is totally self contained, battery
powered, available for all aircraft types
and requires virtually no installation.
