As an Authorized FAA Repair Station with
airframe and limited power-plant approval,
Applied Aerodynamics is an engineering
driven team with hands-on experience on
all facets of Aerospace manufacture and
repair. Recently certified to ISO 9001-2000
Standard, we specialize in the repair/overhaul
of Flight Control Surfaces. Cowls,
Panels, Fairings, Doors, Engine Cold-
Section, Inlets, Thrust Reversers and
Radomes.
Applied Aerodynamics operates a
modern 115,000 sq. ft visual factory.
Autoclaves, large- capacity ovens, lay-up
room, phosphoric anodize line and paint

founded July 1998 as an FAA Repair
Station, for repair/overhaul of aircraft
acrylic and glass windows, windshields,
canopies, and lenses, is the only company
in the world with an FAA approved patent
for de-lamination, and bus bar repairs and
sensor replacement. For approximately 50
percent of BER windshields/windows an
8130 is issued, at 30 to 40 percent of the
cost of new.
