will take place by mid-end of January <strong>2012</strong> with a circulation of around 20,000 to 25,000 copies. The<br />

second edition should be launched in June-July <strong>2012</strong>. These copies will be targeted at high-end customers<br />

located primarily in West-End <strong>London</strong>. <strong>Trendguide</strong> <strong>London</strong> will be distributed over the clients<br />

that purchased advertisements in the magazine but also over luxurious local venues where our target<br />

audience would possibly go, such as local hotels, restaurants, hair-cutters and clubs.<br />

Terms and conditions: <strong>Trendguide</strong> conditions for advertisings<br />

1. General 1.1. Scope: These general conditions apply to the whole insertion orders paid for media insertions and publications<br />

of texts and advertisements in the media <strong>Trendguide</strong>. 1.2. The place of performance and the site of jurisdiction<br />

in cases of doubt is the seat of the publisher. 1.3. Disclaimer: The publisher is not obliged to check the contents of ads,<br />

this is the sole responsibility of the customer. Similarly, the sender has the responsibility for the damages of the same<br />

nature, following the publication of the announcement by the publisher. After compensation for all costs, the publisher<br />

assigns his rights under subsection 24 (7) press laws. 2. Placing an order 2.1. To place an order, it is very important to<br />

take into account the general command and control media signed. 2.2. Reject: The editor reserves the right to refuse<br />

orders without giving reasons. The rejection will be communicated to the customer. 3. The completion of orders 3.1.<br />

Ads must match the graphics of <strong>Trendguide</strong>. 3.2. Date and investment: we do not guarantee the creation of ads in the<br />

special editions or a specific investment. Only orders seeking a specific investment, will be able to benefit under certain<br />

conditions: the date and order in advance and additional tariffs. 3.3. Media files: The customer must provide a record<br />

time for the corresponding medium. So he has to, four weeks before the publication of the edition reserved <strong>Trendguide</strong>,<br />

give permission to the editor to print the advertisement. 3.3.1. If time passed, we consider the order as made if the<br />

customer has used a different instrument or medium even if just the name and address will be published. 3.3.2. If the<br />

publisher will be responsible for pay or for free, prepare, create or change a publication of advertising in media presentations.<br />

If clients use an example of the publishing company, copyright and creator belong to the publisher unless prior<br />

rights to the documents provided are defined (right image). The cost of the advertisement in the magazine <strong>Trendguide</strong><br />

cover the price of the ad, and the copyright. The use of projects outside of <strong>Trendguide</strong> media is possible only with written<br />

permission or compensation that are free to reward the work of art. The obligation to keep media documents expire<br />

three months after the publication of the last announcement (in case of transmission over ISDN due immediately). 3.4.<br />

The publisher assumes no responsibility for the poor quality of documents submitted by the client. 3.5. The publisher<br />

assumes no responsibility for the inaccuracy of the ads or change the texts submitted by telephone. 3.6. For errors that<br />

do not affect the meaning of the ad, no refunds will be made. 3.7. The publisher assumes no liability with respect to the<br />

apparent result in the publication if a test for color reference is not transmitted with the documents electronically. It does<br />

not take into account also the slight variations in color, it belongs to the technical aspects and will be no complaints.

3.8. The publisher is not responsible for the delay in publication of the magazine, the wrong way of an advertisement<br />

or a printing error. 3.9. A copy or electronic documents are produced only on explicit request. Any delay in forwarding<br />

acceptance counts as an authorization to the insertion. 3.10. Complaints will be accepted only eight days after receiving<br />

the document. 3.11. Cancellation: A withdrawal or modification of the order of the publisher must be in writing, no<br />

later than the closing date. A handling fee of up to 10% activation charge may be charged. 3.12. If the probability of<br />

failure or force majeure, the publisher reserves the right to full compensation in the event that at least 75% of collateral<br />

circulation is provided. 4. Billing and Payment 4.1. Deadline: The bill must be paid immediately when the first edition<br />

appears and is reduced by a discount of 2% payable within 7 days, without reduction. Default interest of 1% below the<br />

bank rate of interest and collection costs are borne by the customer. 4.2. Discount: Customers get a discount only if<br />

they have found that writing a number of announcements this year. The discount can be considered upon request and<br />

with the consent of the publisher immediately after the balance sheet at the end due to an order and after the period<br />

of one year. 4.3. The price of a media control do not include VAT and advertising tax of 5% (for editions in Austria) and<br />

the layout. 4.4. The costs for the production of documents are charged to the customer. 4.5. Billing complaints will be<br />

considered only in the four weeks of receiving the invoice. 4.6. Documents for the client - up to 5 pieces printed version<br />

will be available free of charge. If the customer provides at the same time a delivery point for materials printed up 100<br />

copies will be delivered free.
